Hai mujhey 20 days ho gaye hai or mere periods nahi aah rahey hai Doctor's ke concerns ke bad and test ke bad meri right ovarian cyst hai so kya kya is wajaha se periods nahi ho raha kya fir kahi pregnancy too nahi hai plz advice me

The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
