Q.

Hai, It's been 2 months to my baby n I gave birth through c sec. What's the best time to start excercise to reduce post delivery weight and which are the best excercise to reduce post delivery fat from body?

A. after six months you are fress to do. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hi I have delivered a baby girl through c section she is of 2 months but my problem is once I did exercise by mistake and I got small amount of bleeding also one more day I drove my two wheeler for abt 10 km the same problem happened why is it so?

A. Thanks a lot and brands include weight reducing items like Herbalife, protein powders etc. like these
