Q.

Had unprotected intercourse on 1st Jan and now worried of getting pregnant. I delivered baby in June so my baby is of 6 month only. What should I do to avoid pregnancy??

A. Hello dear parent!! Check with your doctor for advice on safer contraceptive measures. Clarify all of your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby
