gud eve sir/madum my daughter who is of 1 and half year old is teething , and she is not at all eating well,.. if I force her little bit to eat she vomit,... she demands only bf pls help me out thank u

You need to just go ahead with giving an iron supplement and multivitamin to the child I think this could be probably due to deficiency that your child is having and accordingly if you go out with proper supplements that’s going to be very beneficial for the child
