ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nahi hota.. n nit safe, as Gripe water generally include sugar and alcohol, sodium bicarbonate, excess of it is harmful for babies. continue exclusive breast feeding to ur baby till 6 month.
