Gripe water for babies.. is it necessary to give that.. or any other option.. 7 month baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. not Nessasary to give gripe water Give two meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.

meeta agarwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, It could potentially worsen a baby's reflux symptoms. You should also avoid gripe water containing gluten, dairy, parabens, and vegetable carbon. Although gripe water is generally safe, it's not recommended for babies younger than 1 month. The digestive tract is sensitive and still developing at this age.
