ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. If there is no digestive issue then no need to give gripe water to the baby and feed baby on regular intervals and always burp vaby after feeding by holding him across your shoulder

it can do no good.
mother's milk is best food for a child
so please stick to breastfeeding only.
burp your baby well.
give massage to your child daily.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
maintain good hygiene.
