goodmorning madam /sir my baby motion getting bad smell for fast 5 days ,looking motion little constipated , what should I do please suggest me thank you

A. can be Infection of stomach. it s not possible to comment upon like this as for this may need a more detailed information and also a personal examination so best can ask a doctor for this . . .
