I gave birth to baby girl now her age is 3rd month ;; after my ceserian bleeding continued now 3rd month also ;; I went to hospital ; after scaning I have a PCOD problem ;; now what can I do ? what are the precautions to take to reduce PCOD problem ?? what are the foods to take for PCOD problem??

A. need hormone. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
