It's every moms struggle so momma you are not alone. When I faced these problem I was advice by My Little Moppet to follow these tips to make my child ear food. It did took some time but worked well.

1. Don't force the child to eat the rice.

2. You can offer rice as a accompaniment to the main dish with only 1/2 tbsp

3. You can offer them in variety of new flavors like ..

4. Change the shape of the rice while feeding to the baby round,  square use cookie cutter to give shape.

5. Kids learn by looking at their parents or elders so it's best you coincide your meals with the child's and playfully encourage the child to eat.

6. Offer rice from your plate.

hello you should slowly try to change the habit and try to give your child different food option and recipe and try to give in small quantity so the child will be able to take instead of 1 large meal at a time so the child will get used to an absolutely nothing to worry
