Good morning sir, my grand daughter suffered hand foot mouth disease for past 15 days. now she suffered severe cold and running nose for past five days..Yesterday night not sleep...non stop cried....please suggest and what kind of food will give to her.

Something which is going to provide cool to the mouth and to the tummy as well you can give coconut water to the child you can give ice cream to the child you can also give buttermilk to the child lemonade these things are going to be healthy currently so you can go for that and consult the doctor for further assistance please
