good morning sir my 3 months old baby boy not passed stool for 4 days.... he is on breastfeeding..... is there any problem....??? what to do??? kindly answer me...

A. Hi dear mom As ur baby is exclusive breast fed baby, constipation is normal. Babies can go without poop for week even. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry
