hello doctor today morning i gave pear with banana puree for my baby...baby passed 4 times watery stool till now..baby is 7 months old...is there any serious issue...pls explain sir

A. go slow whenever starting any thing new in the meals of your baby like either banana or pear puree..not both at a time ! and give in small amounts initially
