Q.

Good morning my self 34 week pregnant and 1 hour glucose challenge test shows 174 ... please suggest me some food and exercise to control it.

A. Hello mam, exercise and diet both are helpful at this stage - walking is one of the best ways especially at this stage you need it , keep yourself hydrated. Avoid heavy meals and prefer small frequent meals , include fruits and salads in. Your routine , whole grains and dals , Avoid Refiend and processed and sugary foods
