Good morning my self 34 week pregnant and 1 hour glucose challenge test shows 174.... please suggest me some food and exercise to control

A. Hello mam, walking is one of the safest and best during this stage as well , the pace should be as per how comfortable you are also . Foods - avoid sugary , refined and processed foods , have whole grains and dals as well , fruits and vegetables. Avoid or limit rice intake in the night time . Avoid too heavy meals instead have frequent small meals , includes salads in your routine
