Q.

good morning my child is suffering from high crp 28 i had admitted my child in hospital they are giving cefprodox 500 mg twice a day suggest

A. it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribegd by the doctor . take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatmendt modification or any lab / radiological investigations.

A. hello the higher the CRP level is a clear indication that the child is having infection and it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry about
