Good morning mam How can I increase my breast milk immediately? What foods should I take to increase breastmilk?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Start raking lactare tablets twice a day after meals as it improves breast milk flow and drink plenty of liquids and after feeding have a glass of water and massage your breast towards nipple and eat a healthy nutritious diet
