Maam I think you should use little warm water when you are giving a head bath to the child and gently wipe off the water and make it dry and also use hairdryer normally we don’t suggested for such a small child but in your child’s case you can use it for the hair totally dry still if you face this problem then you definitely need to consult your doctor
