Good morning ma'am, my breast feeding supply is very less to my baby. I have to feed him formula milk along with breast milk. I have having Ajawain soup, water and ayurvedic powder still it's not helpful. kindly suggest

A. dear mom. you can start shatavari kalp or cure perium granules twice axday with milk. consume food that helps yo boost lactation. latch your bavy more often
