Q.

I gave top up formula feed along with breastfeed to my twin babies. Now supply is very less. What to do? How to increase breast milk supply when babies are 10-11 months age?

A. at whatever age frequently breastfeeding is the best way to increase breastmilk production. eat well and frequently breastfeed. since babies start earing solid good sometimes the frequency if breastfeeding reduces. hence the production may reduce.
