Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl4 days agoA. Your child should be at least 5.5 kg more than the birth weight of the child so that is going to be healthy weight gain for the child because the child is expected to gain around 500 g on that basis you can evaluate to be 5 kg at least
