Q.

good morning... I have six months old baby boy. how to know my breast milk supply is sufficient for my baby. low breast milk supply is one of the reason of Why the baby does not gain weight.

A. See when the child is completely dependent on the mother and the mother is only giving her feed and if you do not see weight gain or proper growth for the child then that means yes the breastfeeding that you are giving is not proper so if you want you can start taking Shatavari powder three times in the day that should really be helpful for you
