A. whenever fever is not improving with paracetamol you will have to see if the dosage of the medicine is given according to the weight of the child or not and if the power of the paracetamol is proper. also if the medicine is older than one month after opening then better to buy a new bottlec. you have to give paracetamol and also do body sponge and keep the child in cotton clothes. after 2 hoursx of paracetamol if the fever is is not improving then you can go for higher medicinesc like ibugesic or meftal p. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day.
