Hello doctor/ mothers My kid is 3 yrs 9mnths old he is having 103 fever kindly suggest which medicine is best at present doctors are not available please help me soon

P 250 is the general medicine for children for fever, you have mentioned 103 degree till reduction of temperature this has to be continued as prescribed atleast once in six hours. Please consult the doctor atonce, by getting injection the reduction of fever will be fast.
