Hi my son is having high fever 103 after 3 hours of giving medicine. What to do.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 years old and he is having a fever upto 102 degrees then you should give him 7.5 ml syrup ibugesic plus 3 times a day sos and plenty of water and fruits juice
