Good Morning Doctor water is coming in the eyes of my baby and he rubs the eyes very frequently. his weight has stuck at 7.2 kg from last 25 days. it is not increasing. what to do sir?

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to visit your doctor examination water from eye could be because of infection it could be because of cough and cold also
