Q.

Good morning Doctor, My son is 5 years old, but he has not started speaking. his development is delayed from the beginning. he started sitting, walking everything late. Now he speaks Mumma papa when we say him. But he understands everything and follows instructions as well. listen and recognise also. ENT specialist said to wait till 5 years. please guide me

A. yes you should wait and send listen to the ENT specialist along with that you should talk more with the baby and can consult a speech therapist also for boosting any language skill

A. Hi mom As ur baby is 5 years old and not started to talk yet, I would suggest u to consult with the speech therapist for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
