Good morning doctor I'm Sowmya and I'm in 21st week of my pregnancy Can I sleep on both left or right side while sleeping?? some people say that we shouldn't sleep on to the right side..so I'm confused..please help

A. can't say so left side is ok for this problem I would suggest you to take a consult from the doctor who shall be able to guide you and then you can follow for this for advise
