good morning doctor! I delivered a baby boy before 3 months through c-section but now I m suffering severe backache I have back pain from past 5-6 years bt now problem become wrost, I consult arthopedic bt no relief.. plz help

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear little bit of discomfort Ness after the C section is very normal that's why it is advisable to keep the poster correct do not bend do not hold heavy things do not make too much use of stairs as well also you need to make use of abdominal belt which give a good support to the back and now you need to see your physiotherapist as well
