Good morning doc! My son is 13 months old he is having hard time because his upper gums are swollen I can tell he is having pain always rubbing his face. Sometimes I see rash on his face and hands please suggest me what I can do for him

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
