Good morning Doc I have severe back pain post cesarean and it’s been 1.7 month but it still hurts ! Is there any solution to this

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
