Excessive consumption of sugar, including brown sugar, can lead to various health issues such as: - Tooth decay - Obesity - Increased risk of type 2 diabetes - Poor nutrition (when sugary foods replace more nutritious options) It's generally better to focus on providing children with a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. If you do use brown sugar, it should be sparingly and as part of a balanced diet.
