Good Morning Am in 5th month pregnancy running but am not active.Please suggest me what to do to be active and am also having high blood pressure how to control it naturally

A. You should drink atleast six to eight glasses of water and limit your salt intake and start doing pranayam stay happy eat more fibre rich foods and avoid stress and start walking as per your comfort
