A. walk regularly. stay hydrated. eat protein rich diet. drink lukewarm water. replace your regular tea with green tea. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly .

A. hi to stay active ,you should take Healthy and nutritious diet which provides enough energy to work. drink plenty of water. do exercises or yoga regularly which will definitely help. cultivate hobbies like reading, listening music etc take enough sleep.
