A. hi if temperature is 100f or above, give peracetamol drops as per instructions given on packet or consult your nearest other pediatrician for right dosage. at home, give sponge bath to reduce the temperature to cure the other problem, give mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice give food items like curd rice with roasted jeera powder in it,upma, fruits. offer few sips of water at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours
