Q.
good evening....my 9 months old son he is feeling very uncomfort when he is doing poo..making loud noice( 5min) n forcing poo n he said s getting hard stool too what's the problem n I'm giveing hygiene food smashed banana n carrot.. streamed Apple.,.homemade cereal n from last 10days I started he is eating rice vth ghee dal n boiled potato ...curd too

avoid banana, buiscuits..
Offer foods such as wholegrain cereal, plus fruits and vegetables such as prunes, figs, apricots, plums, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, potatoes and baked beans.
