Hello my baby yesterday has not done poo today morning his normal poo but today evening his poo was watery 2 time he done poo today

If your baby is active and taking proper meals then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. Sometimes it happens because of some digestion issues. But if your baby is active and just passed a stool twice a day that is totally normal and you should not worry about it.
