Good evening my 4 and half yrs old son is very less immune. he gets cough and cold easily and his weight is 15 kgs. Pls suggest to increase his immunity.

A. you need to build good immunity for your child by giving balanced diet includikjhing all nutrients can also give multivitamins and vitamin c supplements all fruits most importantly to stay safe at hom. .
