Good evening Dr, My son is one year old.. what are the foods I need to give him to boost immunity?

A. Eat a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables. Add dry fruits in daily routine. Include spices and herbs like cinnamon, basil leaf, garlic, ginger, honey, clove, turmeric etc. Increase the liquid intake. Give coconut water and lemon juice. Eat foods with more Vitamin C such as kiwi, oranges, capsicum and pineapple. Give proteins like Dal, legumes, paneer, soya, tofu, eggs, chicken etc.
