good evening doctor this is Prasanna I got C section on 10 days back and I got covid positive also. Now I'm on steroids and tab.rivarixaban.can I give breast feeding to my baby now

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, it is best to avoid breastfeeding. You can also consult with your treating doctor regarding the same for proper advise. Maintain good diet. Follow the medicines as per your doctors advise. Maintain distance from your baby. Thank you.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. no I would not recommend you to start breast feeding your baby till the time you do not get your test done again and it is negative I would not recommend that you should initiate breastfeeding for your child
