Q.

good eve Dr ,I am a working mom . delivered girl baby by Nov 26..now I want to join my duty ..my baby completed 5 months..I planned to buy breast milk pump n store it in room temperature..I don't know how long I can use that stored milk ..is it good ....will it cause any side effect

A. Hello dear You can check the blog on the same on the first cry parenting itself. You can refrigerate the milk for atleast 24 hours and can be frozen for one year also

A. No it would not have a side-effect if you store it properly and give it properly to the child so basically you will have to store it into the refrigerator because your child is going to have it later so you can actually store it in the refrigerator for about 8 to 10 hours and if it is the freezer then it is going to be somewhere around a month or so so you check as per your understanding and store it according to that apart from that you can read it on Google to have very clear timings on that
