Good diet for mom's in pregnancy

A. Hello dear parent, for a pregnant lady should everything. She should be careful about eating more of healthy things like green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Also seasonal vegetables. Drink lots of water and milk too Eat dry fruits, prunes, boiled egg etc Avoid ajinomoto or MSG totally in food. Do not eat papaya and pine apple as well.
