good afternoon Sir, my child is of 7yrs 6mnths old. she had cold n fever on thursday,full day she suffered with fever.on friday she was good but on sat she use to cough(dry) continuously whole day.now she got 70% relief from cough but still cold n cough is there. As atmosphere is not good outside iam getting worried. pls help. thnq
