Q.

My 2 year old boy Had fever 103 on sunday bt by Tuesday he was fine... yestrday evening i.e Thursday he got cough n cold( too much sneezing with musus). No fever. Plz suggest

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paraccretamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

A. U Please immediately consult your doctor because your child is having exceptionally high fever .. if it is not treated at the right time then it can reach the brain and then that’s gonna b really very very touch If it is notthing .. if it is not treated at the right time
