good afternoon sir/medam my baby now 3 year 1 month old... she whight 19.30kgs ideal whight 18.00kgs any problem.... The mother has a thyroid

One or two kgs more or less is fine as long as there are no other issues and the child is active.
If the weight gain seems rapid then consult your doctor

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
If baby’s activities are normal
There is nothing wrong
Limit milk to 500 ml
Get baby examined by paediatrician once
