A. Try to feed more frequently as the more demand is, the more supply will be. Massaging your breasts before feeding helps. Breast compressions help. Use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. Check out #Babyhug Smart n Silent Electric Breast Pump : It expresses, stores and feeds breast milk at any time. It has a 3 operation mode - stimulation and expression and a third special mode to extract the residual milk. #Babyhug Manual Breast pump With 2 Suction Modes : It has a compact size so you can carry it anytime and anywhere. This is an economical option. The 2 adjustable suction modes enable you to choose as per your requirement and comfort. The unique anti-backflow feature allows the safe working of the pump. Identify a feeding position for proper latching. Eat papaya, fenugreek and oats.
