A. You should stay away from stress and take adequate rest. Stress and lack of sleep can have a negative effect on milk production. Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein-rich foods and hydrated with liquid things. The more you feed your baby, the more milk your breasts will produce.

A. breastfeed babies generally get hungry within 2-3 hours initially, just drink enough water you can add methi , ajwain or saunf in your water and continue breastfeeding because that will help to maintain your supply, don't stop breastfeeding and try to be happy and relaxed because stress also reduces breast milk

A. Also drink water before and after the feed always so that your body replenishes whatever water which has been used in milk production.

A. 1. You can have lactare granules twice daily with milk.
2. Have more grain riches diet like oats / sabu dana daily
3. Boil water having methi, til, sauf seeds 1 tsp each in it and n drink it once daily.
Follow all these diligently it will increase.
For me after 3 months I had to stop all these things as it started producing so much milk that I started getting lumps in my breast. So once you know that you are producing enough stop having it one by one slowly.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult your doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care
