how to increase my brest milk my Brest milk supply is very low plz help mi to increase my milk within 1 day.

Sanchari RoyGuardian of a 1 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Drink plenty of water and before and after each feed drink a glass or 2 water . on morning in empty stomach I used to boil Fenugreek, ajwain,cumin, fennel seeds for 2-3 mins then strain it and drank hot.it helped me .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also khus khus helps and if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
