gd mrng sir, my baby 's age is 2month am tried rashnil, coconut oil for his insects which called churne in simple language but there's no relief please tell me what i can do for this problem, he is crying all the time

Wash with soap and water.
Apply cool compresses.
Use antihistamines to relieve itching and take acetaminophen (Tylenol®) for pain.
Apply 1% hydrocortisone cream to help reduce the itching.
