you take only shatavari kalp of omkar. i am having that only. consume lot of water before and after every feed. after giving feed to ur child. pump remaining milk. if u r pumping only then try to pump every 2 hrs. the more u empty ur breast, the more it will produce milk. along with that eat garlic by roasting it in ghee.
also check baby's weight every 3 days. if it is increasing then ur Giving sufficient milk to ur baby. no need to worry about ur milk supply.
if anybody is raising doubt on ur milk supply, let them do. u just follow above things and monitor baby's weight. if it is proper then be relaxed more.

Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds,and other nuts, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective, boiled rice is alos effecotive.necer skip meals. Have frequent meals in smaller portions.
